JKK Inheritance Haven is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring hope, healing, and dignity to teen girls who have experienced the devastating effects of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Guided by the principles of compassion, individualized care, and faith in God’s transformative power, we strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment where these young women can rebuild their lives.
Our mission is to walk alongside these girls on their journey from victim to victor, offering them therapeutic support, education, and life skills that empower them to reclaim their futures. Inspired by the biblical story of Job and his daughters, JKK Inheritance Haven is committed to ensuring that every girl who enters our care knows her worth and God-given potential.
JKK Inheritance Haven is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible. Your support helps provide safety, healing, and resources for teen girls overcoming the trauma of human trafficking and exploitation.
Ronni DuBois is the passionate founder of JKK Inheritance Haven, a calling that emerged from years of personal and professional experiences with survivors of human trafficking and exploitation. A graduate of the College of the Ozarks with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Ronni dedicated 28 years to serving as a Probation and Parole Case Worker for the State of Missouri. During her career, she encountered the long-term effects of trauma and exploitation, which deepened her resolve to create a haven for young girls in need.
Ronni’s vision for JKK Inheritance Haven was inspired by her faith and the story of Job’s daughters, who were given an inheritance in a time when it was uncommon. Her commitment to restoring dignity and healing to survivors is reflected in every aspect of JKK’s programs. Beyond her professional endeavors, Ronni is a devoted mother, baker, and advocate for her community.
Dr. Mary Jo Schneller brings decades of expertise in trauma-informed therapy to JKK Inheritance Haven. With two doctorate degrees and a lifelong dedication to helping victims of trauma, Dr. Schneller plays a pivotal role in shaping the therapeutic programs at JKK. She specializes in counseling survivors of human trafficking and works directly with residents to foster healing and personal growth.
In addition to her work with residents, Dr. Schneller leads community workshops, seminars, and educational programs designed to raise awareness and equip professionals to combat trafficking. Her unwavering commitment to empowering survivors reflects her deep faith and belief in the power of restoration.
Together, Ronni DuBois and Dr. Mary Jo Schneller have created a sanctuary where young girls can experience safety, healing, and hope. At JKK Inheritance Haven, we believe in the transformative power of love, faith, and individualized care to change lives and build a brighter future for every girl who walks through our doors.
